Hot and Spicy Tawa Fish

1 kg fish (dip in garlic paste and wash )
For marination
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red crushed chilli
Half tsp black pepper
Half tsp red chilli p
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4cup chilli sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp worstershire sauce
4_5 lemons’ juice
Marinate for atleast 4 hours
For Coating
Mix equal quantity of gram flour (beson)
Cornflour and flour
Take a piece of fish coat in dry mixture and shallow fry or deep fry in nonstick pan.
