Butter cookies with Royal icing

Butter cookies
Cookies recipe
100g icing sugar
200g butter
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Few drops vanila essence
1tbsp dry milk
250g flour
Method
Preheat oven at 160c. Mix butter and icing sugar with your hands add egg , vanila essence. Mix thoroughly and add in flour and kneed and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes and made in to your required shape and place on baking tray for 15 minutes

Royal icing
1 egg white
200g icing sugar
1tsp lemon juice or vingar
Method
Beat egg white and adding little sugar at a time till stiff peaks form and mix in vinegar or lemon juice
