Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Chocolate fudge brownies

Recipe

3 eggs
3/4cup sugar
1/2cup oil
1/4cup warm milk
4tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp yogurt ( nestle)
3_4tbsp chocolate melted in 4 tbsp butter or oil
Pinch of salt
Baking powder 1 1/2tsp
Flour 1cup
Mix flour baking powder and cocoa and sift 3 times
In a bowl beat eggs and sugar add in oil and beat add chocolate mixture mix it and add flour mix thoroughly add milk and yogurt and pour in to lined and greased pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180c
For fudge
1 egg yolk
1/4cup milk
1/4cup heavy cream
Beat and cook on low flame and whisk continuously until it look like custard add in melted chocolate according to your taste mix it and put it in room temprature
Soak brownies with chillied milk before applying fudge
