Ingredients
Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
Condenced milk 1 cup
Heavy cream 200ml (nestle)
whipping cream 1 cup
coconut milk 1/2 cup or (powdered coconut +milk)
crushed coconut as required for decoration
method
In a bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks.
in another bowl beat evaporated milk until double in volume, add in heavy cream and beat for 5 minutes . add condenced milk and beat for a while. add in whipped cream and coconut milk and mix thoroughly.pour in an airtight bowl and keep it in freezer for atleast 6 hours.
