Fruit cocktail &chocolate fudge Cake

Recipe

For sponge

5 eggs

125g flour

125 gm sugar

1 tsp vanila essence

method

Beat eggs and sugar until completely thick and double in size. add vanila essence and mix flour with soft hands. bake for 30 minutes at 180c.

cut in to layers . drizzle sugar syrup and decorate with whipped cream and fruit cocktail.

for chocolate cake

flour 1cup

sugar 1 cup

4 eggs

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup milk

2tbsp yogurt

baking powder 1tsp

baking soda 1/2 tsp

1/2 cup oil

method

whisk all liquid ingredients in a mixing bowl with sugar  and then add in all dry ingredients . bake in preheated oven at 180c.

for fudge

whisk all fudge ingredients except chocolate . cook on low heat until thick like custard . add in chocolate and let it cool before applying.IMG-20160502-WA0015[1]
