Recipe by Nadia Khalid
1 tbsp semolina soaked in 1 tbsp milk for an hour
1cup dry milk
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2tsp cardamom powder
1 egg
Mix all ingredients and made small balls and fry on low flame and dip in sugar syrup cook in sypup for 10 minutes on medium flame and let it in syrup for an hour and strain ,dont cover it.and garnish with almonds and crushed coconut.
For syrup
2cups sugar
2 cups water
2_3 cardamoms
3 tbsp rose water
Cook on low flame until sdd the sugar desolve
