Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Garam masala 1tsp
Black cumin crushed 1tbsp
Green chillies 4_5 sliced
Ginger Julian cut 2tbsp
Oil 1cup
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Method In a mud pan add oil and sliced onion, fry until light golden and add in mutton . Cook for two minutes and add in ginger garlic paste and cook. Add 1 liter water and red chilli powdered and crushed ,crushed coriander, salt, turmeric and cover with a lid. Cook for atleast 2 hours on medium low flame. Make a paste of wheat flour and water . Add in wheat flour paste and cook on high flame for 5 minutes and reduce heat add ginger ,green chillies ,crushes black cumin ,lemon juice and garam masala . Cook on low heat for few minutes garnish with ginger and green chillies. serve with nan.
