Nutella Cheese Cake

Digestive Biscuits 2oog

Butter 1/2 cup

Nutella 1 cup

Philadelphia Cream Cheese 200g

gelatin 1/2 tbsp

water 4tbsp

method

crush biscuits and add  melted butter and mix thoroughly. press the mixture in to loose bottom cake pan. keep it in freezer for 5 minutes . mix nutella and beaten cheese until combined.soak gelatin in water and melt in microwave oven. let it cool and add in nutella cheese mixture poue the mixture over the base of biscuits crust.set it in refregrater for 24 hours and decorate with whiping cream or according to your taste.
