Vegetables samosa
For dough
1cup flour
1tbsp ghee or oil
1tsp salt
2 tsp milk powder
1pinch baking powder(optional)
Kneed with water and make a dough. Cover it with wet cloth for 20 minutes. Divide in to 5 parts ,make balls and small chapaties with the help of rolling pin. Apply butter or oil ,dust flour as shown in the picturs ,put all breads like this. roll and cut in to equal parts. take a ball press and spread apply beaten egg . fill wth mixture and deep fry on low heat.
For filling
Heat oil add chicken boneless and stir fry add in salt black pepper ,add shreded vegetables(cabbage,capsicum,carrot).add vinegar, soya sauce,chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce according to your taste.
